Attend the Holiday Home Roadshow

In these challenging times an opportunity to network with other holiday property owners, to share methods for effectively marketing your holiday property and learn new techniques for increasing holiday bookings may be just what is needed to throw off the shackles of the economic downturn.  So why not attend the Holiday Home Roadshow which kicks off on 26 June at the idyllic Graig Park Hotel and Country Club in North Wales.

The seminar runs from 1pm to 6pm and for an investment of just £25.00 per person you will have access to industry experts and the company of fellow holiday property owners. Topics such as Treating your property as a business, How to guarantee rental income from your property for the next 3-5 years, and How to maximise commercial returns will be covered together with advice on Tax, property law, search engine optimization and more.

There will be plenty of networking opportunities and included is a goody bag on arrival, refreshments and a carvery lunch.  You will also have the option to take advantage of an overnight package which includes dinner, B&B and full use of the excellent facilities at the hotel and country club.

Sounds interesting. I might go just to see how they can ‘guarantee rental income…for the next 3-5 years’!

We’re new to the game of rentals, so hoping the roadshow will give us a decent insight into how we can make the most of our new business.

Anyone know any websites we can get good reliable info about letting out our property?

Still working on our website, but very happy with the ease of use.
