The popular Dial An Exchange service allows you to access high quality holiday accommodation in the majority of the world’s most popular holiday hotspots.
The accommodation mainly consists of self catering apartments (sleeping between 4 – 6 people) in holiday resorts. There is a reasonable scattering of private holiday properties.

So how does the exchange service work?
The first piece of good news is that Dial An Exchange (DAE) offers you a totally free and no strings membership option. You simply decide which week or weeks* you would like to make available in your property. You deposit your chosen weeks within the DAE system. Once you have deposited the weeks, you cannot reclaim them for rental or personal use.
Dial An Exchange gives you a credit for each week you deposit. These credits are valid for three years from the point they are issued to you.
The fully functional Dial An Exchange website has a live availability search which you can see by clicking here . Quite simply, when you see a week of holiday accommodation that takes your fancy, you can use your credit to book the week.
There is booking fee of £72 for UK, £74 for Europe and £89 for International destinations. This is tremendous value when you consider that weeks of the type that Dial An Exchange offer, command prices of between £450 and £700 on the open rental market.
Bonus Weeks
DAE also offer what they term as Bonus Weeks. Bonus Weeks are seven night stints of accommodation that typically become available six weeks from the check-in date.
You can book these weeks as a straightforward rental, without having to deposit weeks in your own property. Prices start at an amazing £99 per week and rarely exceed £199.
