BA sees red when Brown flies on Virgin

Ryanair in hot water for surcharges one again
The latest surcharge scandal to tarnish Ryanair comes in the form of a teary-eyed 9 year old girl. Little Emma Lally left her purse on a Ryanair airplane. Her father contacted the company to find that they had the purse, but that they charge €10 admin fee to return the lost item. What do you think: Appalling? or Justified?
Ryanair departs from Manchester
Due to high airport costs, Ryanair ditches 9 of its 10 routes from Manchester from October 10 including Girona (Barcelona), Bremen, Charleroi (Brussels), Cagliari, Weeze (Dusseldorf), Hahn (Frankfurt), Marseille, Bergamo (Milan) and Shannon. In an effort to not totally disappoint their customers, Ryanair have moved the routes to East Midlands, Liverpool and Leeds.
