Link to your Booking Form and Terms from your villa rental website

You can use your Central Management Area (CMA, where you edit your website) to store all the paperwork you use for your villa rental business, meaning you can access them from any PC anywhere in the world at any time!  You can also add a link on your villa website direct to any of these documents, like your Booking Form and Terms & Conditions so visitors can download them straight from your holiday rental website.

Here’s how in 8 simple steps:

1. In your CMA (where you edit and update your website) click on the plus sign next to “My Administration” and choose “Paperwork”
2. Click on the blue cross button labelled “Add new paperwork” and choose the file from where it is saved on your computer by clicking the “Browse” button
3. Click the blue “Upload a document” button
4. Click the eye icon to the right of where the document name is shown and choose “Share”
5. Highlight and copy the link shown
6. Click “My Website” from the menu on the left and choose the page where you wish to add the link
7. Add the words you wish to use as the link on your website, for example “Click here to download our Booking Form” and highlight the word “here”
8. Click on the link icon from the formatting toolbar and paste in the link that you copied from your paperwork section by right clicking and choosing “paste” in to the “Link URL” field, click “Insert”

Once you hit the green save button your link will be live!  You can test it by clicking “View My Website” and turning to the page where you added the link.  And it’s just that simple!
